North Shore, Lake Ontario
These are some frames taken from the VHS videotaped footage. It is fairly clear from these images that the "lights" were in the distance, much further away from me than the yachts in the regatta. The shoreline visible behind the lights is that of Hamilton, Stoney Creek and on to Grimsby, about 19 miles distant from the camera.
